Reprints or Refunds

We want you to absolutely love your order – but if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match what you ordered, please fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Multiple photos of the product from different angles (especially for damages – this helps us claim postage insurance)

  • Your order number and name

Once submitted, we’ll review your request and issue a free reprint or full refund ASAP - whichever you prefer.

You won’t need to return the item, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve things quickly and fairly.

Please note:

  • Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for reprint or refund.

  • Custom/personalised items that contain spelling errors submitted by the customer are not eligible for refunds unless the error was made on our end.
