1. Where are your products made and shipped from?

All of our products are printed to order and fulfilled in the UK through trusted production partners. This means faster delivery times and lower shipping costs for our UK customers, while still ensuring premium quality.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via UK couriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Are your mugs and prints dishwasher or microwave safe?

Yes! Our mugs are coated with AAA+ ORCA coating, making them both dishwasher and microwave safe while keeping the colours vibrant for years. Posters and wall art are printed on durable, high-quality paper that’s resistant to fading.

4. Do you accept custom or personalised orders?

Yes! All personalisable items will have the option to add your details when you place them in the basket. Simply fill in the personalisation box and we’ll create your unique design.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We want you to love your order! If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, simply send us a photo and details within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. We may look at adding international shipping options in the future, so keep an eye out for updates.
